One of the most important things you can do at the beginning of the year is create a positive classroom community. When students feel connected and valued, they are more engaged and motivated to learn. Here are some ways you can build a strong classroom community this fall. Fostering a Sense of Community and Belonging 1. Morning Meetings Start each day with a morning meeting. This routine helps set a positive tone for the day and provides a structured time for students to share, listen, and connect with each other.
